Terms and Conditions
- Gift certificates and packages expire 1 year from the purchase date.
- Gift certificates and packages are transferable if used before expiration.
- No refunds after 30 days from the purchase date for any service or gift certificate.
- Services may be gifted to another person if you cannot use them.
- Missed appointments and same-day cancellations are charged in full.
- Rescheduling & cancelations are FREE if done 48 hours in advance. If canceling in less than 48 hours, but not on the same day, 50% will be charged.
- Paying in advance is optional; if a refund is requested, processing fees will be deducted.
- Google Bookings: 1. Require upfront payment. 2. Can only be rescheduled to a later date; 3. refunds are not guaranteed and will be minus any booking fees if granted.
